ALABAMA: Constitutional Presidential Candidate Files Suit

The news release goes onto state -
The Complaint also refers to and incorporates evidence obtained by Sheriff Joe Arpaio and his investigator Mike Zullo, which confirm that the alleged long form birth certificate which was posted on the White House's website is fraudulent.
The Complaint demands that the Alabama Secretary of State require that all candidates For President wishing to be on the Alabama ballot produce their birth certificates.
Plaintiffs are being represented by two attorneys, Larry Klayman, founder of Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, in his private capacity (See www.larryklayman.com), and by Dean Johnson of Huntsville. The attorneys have asked the court for expedited consideration of the Complaint and have submitted a Motion for Summary Judgment, given that the presidential election is only a month away.”
"Mclnnish has attached certain documentation to his mandamus petition, which, if presented to the appropriate forum as part of a proper evidentiary presentation, would raise serious questions about the authenticity of both the "short form" and the "long form" birth certificates of President Barack Hussein Obama that have been made public."
Over the last six or more months, primary ballot challenges have been filed by numerous citizens in a majority of states focusing on Secretary's of State to remove Mr. Obama, in particular, from the ballot due to his inability to meet Article II eligibility. Many electors have focused on Article II qualifications with an emphasis on Mr. Obama's lack of "natural born Citizenship," others have leveled challenges using Sheriff Arpaio's investigative findings while some have incorporated both strategies. To date none have broken through the judicial firewall, but this Goode-McInnish Civil suit may very well succeed where others have not.
First, Goode has automatic standing to challenge all of the presidential candidates to verify their Article II qualifications to be on the Alabama general election ballot because he, as a candidate, will be harmed by having to run against constitutionally ineligible candidate(s). Goode-McInnish are simply excercising their rights and employing the same tactic Mr. Obama used when he challenged the petition signatures of then candidate Alice Palmer during his bid for her state senate seat in 1996.
Second, the Goode-McInnish suit is placing the burden of constitutional verification on Alabama's Secretary of State before the general election. We know that the Secretary's of State throughout the country simply rubber stamp the Republican and Democratic Party presidential/vice presidential nominees as the state legislatures require. Until this filing, no presidential candidate winning a spot on the general election ballot has issued a challenge to a Secretary of State demanding verification of his opponent(s) constitutional qualifications. You may recall back in 2008 Wiley Drake was the Vice Presidential candidate for America's Independent Party (AIP) who later joined Barnett v Obama lawsuit filed in 2009, but remember this suit wasn't filed until after the general election. Therefore, Drake's efforts were made after NOT before election day in 2008, the Electoral College certification and Congresses affirmative acceptance of the College's majority vote for Mr. Obama.
Third, McInnish-Goode are not suing the Alabama Democratic or Republican Party nor any of the presidential candidates. They are only requesting Ms. Chapman do her job as Secretary of State, that is to “verify the eligibility of all the candidates for the Office of President of the United States by requiring from each a bona fide birth certificate sent directly to her from the official in charge of the depository where such is held, and verifying that each is of the character and quality of that required for a teenager to receive a driver's learner's permit, before placing them on the 2012 general election ballot.” Chapman's attorney will be State Attorney General Luther Strange.
According to the Alabama State Attorney General's website, Strange is duty bound as a "constitutional officer whose duties and powers are prescribed in Title 36, Chapter 15, of the Code of Alabama (1975). As the state's attorney, he provides legal representation for the state of Alabama, its officers, departments, and agencies. The Attorney General defends the state in all lawsuits in which the state is named as a defendant. He represents the state in all court proceedings wherein the constitutionality of a state statute is challenged."

Voices Without A Vote
Today Liberty Legal Foundation announced "On Monday the Supreme Court denied our petition to review the Georgia Obama eligibility ruling. No opinion. No explanation. No indication whether or not Obama appointed judges are involved in making the decision." There you have it--the Supreme Court of the United States has spoken without whispering or writing a single word.

On January 5, 2012, Dean Haskins, Director of the former Birther Summit, wrote an article titled "Update on New Lawsuit Filed Against Hawaii Department of Health on Behalf of Virginia Sunahara's Brother, Duncan Sunahara." This week Article II Super PAC ran the above ad in the Washington Times Weekly and Daily to draw people's attention to Hawaii's Deputy Attorney General, Jill Nagamine, using, some suggest abusing, her power by blocking the Sunahara family from securing baby Virginia's original Hawai'ian long-form birth certificate and by extension ALL Hawai'an's original birth records. Why the State of Hawaii is fighting this extremely simple request spending thousands of taxpayer's funds is beyond our ability to even make a guess. Rather, we find it disturbing that the brother of a baby who died over 50 years ago can't secure her original birth certificate. Think about that...hhhmmm....50 years ago.

Cancel the Presidential Debates: We Have Unvetted Candidates
On August 30, 2012, Article II Super PAC sent letters to all appointed Members of the Commission on Presidential Debates reminding them of their organization's mission and responsibility to the people of the United States. That is, no presidential candidate can take part in the upcoming debates without authenticating their Article II qualifications.
We know there is no state or federal agency responsible for vetting presidential/vice presidential candidates, but rather this extremely serious national security responsibility rests solely within the purview of the national political parties.
Therefore, Article II Super PAC along with countless of other citizens have requested from the Commission on Presidential Debates to "clarify its official position on this national security issue and explain how the CPD qualifies Presidential candidates' constitutional eligibility as natural born Citizens of the United States."
We will immediately post the CPD's response if and when we receive it.

No, what makes this story important is that an official arm of the Israeli government is putting its weight behind the dozens of American experts who are on record detailing the elements that make this birth certificate a forged document.

Because this Israeli agency and the author of the report, Israel Hanukoglu, Ph. D., are unknown to us, we asked Mara Zebest, Adobe Expert, to confirm Dr. Hanukoglu's conclusions. Yes... it's all true... I think there's a youtube posted on how the 1 disappears when magnified in viewing within certain programs. If memory serves correctly... the youtube video showing the disappearing text might have been using a google product... like Google Chrome or something along those lines. The digit or characters that disappear are all located on the bottom layer. The bottom layer contains the safety paper image and all the aliased (pixelated) characters. The bottom layer is the only 8-bit layer - multi-color layer...(if you remember my explanation of these layers and the challenge report I wrote).
All other layers are 1-bit (one color only)... so maybe these programs have trouble viewing 8-bit color information at a high magnification? The bottom layer also used a different exporting algorithm from the other layers... so maybe this algorithm result is interpreted differently in the Foxit program when viewed at high zoom levels. Not sure what the cause of the disappearing info could be... but apparently it does happen.
I do not have the two programs used and mentioned from this article (Foxit and Inkscape)... but the results are consistent with what I see in Illustrator. The article talks about the objects being "grouped" in Inkscape... which is the equivalent in Illustrator to the instruction I've written about in which the user needs to "Release Clipping Mask" - this ungroups and also reveals hidden information. The fact that there is a "clipping mask" that hides information is a definite manipulation process. NO process (such as optimization) will insert a clipping mask that HIDES information. To be clear... such a process might insert a clipping mask... but the clipping mask will NEVER HIDE information... it will only define the outside boundary of the image.

Since this is a site of Science and technology, there is a need to explain why this site dedicates a page to expose forgery about a document related to Mr. Barack Hussein Obama. The publication of such a blatantly fake document about something so basic as the birthplace of Mr. Obama, should raise great concern about the suitability of the person who is holding the reigns on the most powerful country of the World.
Moreover, the lack of action on the part of the members of the United States House of Representatives and Senate, as well as the courts of the United States, despite many previous appeals to these three branches of American government, also raise a concern about how the governmental institutions of the reputedly best, and certainly the most important democracy in the Free World have avoided this issue.

Four years and running the American public has been steadily demanding to know whether Mr. Obama meets the three extremely simple qualifications outlined under Article II, Section 1 to even serve as President of the United States. Inquiries have been met with shallow 14th amendment arguments and/or a wall of silence.

RNC 2012 Platform Must Include Definitive Definition of NBC
Did you ever think you would see the day a national political party would actually have to be asked to include in their Party's Platform the definitive definition of a "natural born Citizen?"
The RNC 2012 Platform Committee has opened up their process to the voters by asking them for their "Ideas" on what they would like to see included in the 2012 strategic document. When you click on the category "Government Reform" and then click on the topic "Courts and the Constitution" you will see 104 "Ideas."
Out of the 104 "Ideas" posted under this topic area two deal directly with Presidential Qualifications, Article II. The best comment out of the two was one written by a poster named Ralyn S. Here is their "Idea" -

Funny though, as in odd, strange, peculiar, Article II posted our submission yesterday afternoon around 4:00 pm EDT but it has yet to appear. The few minutes you take to write a quick note may very well lead to persuading the RNC 2012 Platform Committee to adopt the Founding Father's definition of "natural born Citizen." We feel strongly that the GOP 2012 Platform Committee needs to hear from voters and who knows, it may lead to prompting an immediate congressional investigation into answering the question:
Why would any party be allowed to present an ineligible candidate for the President of the United States on any state ballot?
Speaking of Congress, Article II Super PAC has been running full-page ads in the Washington Times Daily and Weekly leading the call for an immediate congressional investigation into Sheriff Arpaio's Cold Case Posse findings. This week's ad is the same as the one we ran last week, August 13, but with a more tantalizing headline. This same ad, with a bit of tweaking, will run again in next week's Washington Times Special "Republican National Convention" edition. Which means every attendee will receive a copy free of charge. Given the fact the entirety of nearly all state and federally elected representatives will be attending, we want to make certain our demand for an immediate congressional investigation is seen by the insiders.
